The establishment of a new business area involves various parties. Our Business Development Manager is the point of contact for all those responsible, such as the subdivision company, the project developer and the owner(s) of the various buildings.

Application for the connection of a new business area

Telenet wants to reach every new business area in Flanders. The administrator of a new business park can contact our Project Development to handle the cabling application quickly and efficiently.

What does the application consist of?

  • A location map on a scale of 1:10,000 or 1:5,000
  • A plot map on a scale of 1:500 with an indication of:

    • The building line with respect to the existing roads
    • The width, depth and surface area of the plots
  • The location of the buildings on the lots with an indication of the points where the utility wires and pipes (will) arrive
  • A copy of the draft division plan or the division permit with the approved division plan

How do you arrange the application?

  1. Contact our Project Development department.
  2. Submit the application, preferably in electronic format.
  3. Based on these details, an on-site inspection and consultations with other utility companies, we will create a quote within one month.
  4. You will be sent the quote together with the general terms and conditions and a document for you to approve and return to us.
